An integrated blood safety policy is necessary for a reliable and sufficient blood supply. The difficulty of finding enough trustworthy blood donors is growing. There is a blood shortage in India as a result of the small number of volunteer blood donors and rising demand.

It may be helpful to do research on donors' knowledge, attitudes, and habits in order to execute blood donation programs successfully. Our goal was to assess the knowledge, attitudes, and practices of voluntary blood donors on blood donation.
