A team of people working together to accomplish defined objectives is an organization. All publicly acknowledged human interactions are included in it, which may be seen as a social framework. Task alignment about the platform's ultimate goal and the division of labor among personnel are both included in the structure. It is also known as the second-most important managerial role since it involves organizing activities, obtaining resources, and combining the two in support of platform goals.
